Sue has a BSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, an MSc in dairy cow welfare and a PhD in Equine Welfare. After enjoying 8 years of student life Sue remained in an educational setting, starting her lecturing career in 2016. Having become a Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist in 2022, Sue now combines her clinical work with her lecturing role at Bristol Vet School where she is the Deputy Programme Director for the BSc. Veterinary Nursing and Companion Animal Behaviour programme.
Sue is passionate about supporting students and owners to become the best animal caregivers they can be by giving them the knowledge and skills to best look after the animals in their care.
